- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1.5 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes. Mince the garlic and set aside.

- Layer the halved potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on top.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes to ensure they are evenly coated.
